The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all parts included.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR CANCELLATION

Email us at hello@bounceback.com with your order number and whether you are cancelling a pre-order or returning a delivered item. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are processed immediately upon cancellation request (pre-orders) or upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to post to your original payment method.
